The moon is full, snow illuminates the landscape, and the stars are out in abundance. I haven't seen the northern lights much this year, so I'm looking forward to when the sky glows and ripples with the solar wind. It's an amazing sight- motions can be very rapid, or slow, always changing. The glow is usually a bright green. It looks as if you see shadows of images at times- forests, or people moving about. I've felt rather convinced that what I'm seeing is alive.
I'm including a link to a website where the artist has pasted portraits of people together using young and old photos. It would be interesting to try this out sometime. You'd need similar poses to pull it off like this guy has. Check it out.
